Over the course of his extensive career, Brian has developed a robust and highly versatile skill set. His professional expertise spans across multiple critical disciplines, including carpentry, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, and general construction. He also enjoys the adrenaline of dirt biking and the quiet patience of fishing. At home, Brian's passion for creation continues through crafting, woodworking, and operating CNC machinery. Whether he is shaping a piece of custom woodwork or steering a sailboat through a race, Brian’s dedication to precision and excellence shines through in everything he does.

Matt Strausbaugh, Managing Member

Working seamlessly alongside Brian is Matt Strausbaugh, who also serves as a managing member of PTP Renovations. Like his partner, Matt grew up immersed in the construction industry, learning the ropes from a young age. Today, he boasts over 40 years of invaluable field experience. Matt’s deep-rooted understanding of carpentry and general construction forms a critical pillar of the company’s operational success. Outside of his work in the construction and renovation sector, Matt’s true passion lies in community leadership and youth development. For over 30 years, he has been a dedicated local high school coach and mentor to young athletes in both football and baseball. Ranging from pre-teens all the way to college-age athletes, Matt has invested countless hours into teaching teamwork, discipline, and perseverance on the field. His extensive background in athletics and coaching translates seamlessly to his leadership style at work, where he effectively builds strong, cohesive crews and fosters a supportive, team-oriented environment on every job site.
