About Us
We are a fast-growing commercial exterior contractor installing architectural façade systems on schools, civic buildings, and large commercial projects across Indiana. Our work includes ACM and Metal Composite Metal panels, Insulated Metal Panels (IMP), Soffit Systems, and Architectural Cladding.
We’re looking for reliable people who want steady work and room to grow.
Leadership Opportunity:
If you have Foreman or Lead Installer experience in commercial panel systems, we encourage you to apply or reach out. We are actively growing and looking for crew leaders and foremen.

Construction Laborer: What You'll Do
- Assist with installation of metal panel façade systems
- Work on lifts (scissor & boom lifts)
- Load, stage, and install materials
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Learn commercial panel systems and grow into lead roles
What We're Looking For:
- Construction experience preferred (not required)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Travel
Projects are located throughout Central Indiana. Travel is typically 30 minutes to 2 hours from our Arcadia area base, depending on the project. Most work is local and employees return home daily.
