Physical Requirements
Our work is hands‑on and physically active. Applicants must be able to:
- Lift 50+ lbs.
- Walk, stand, bend, and sit for extended periods
- Use tools and equipment safely
- Navigate active job sites

Work Location: In person
Projects are located throughout Central Ohio. Travel is typically 30 minutes to 2 hours from our Plain City area base, depending on the project. Most work is local and employees return home daily.
